 In the course of her varied career, with her glorious singing voice, it is perhaps small wonder that Louise Gold has been in many stage musicals. Below the webmaster has listed as many as they know about, and tried to list them in chronological order. Beneath this listing can be found those for which the webmaster does not know the dates.  Squeak - at The Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch, 1 - 26 August 1978

 Godspell - as a member of The Company, at Thorndike Theatre (Leatherhead), 19 August - 13 September 1980

 Pirates of Penzance - as Isabel at Theatre Royal Drury Lane 26 May 1982 to 26 February 1983. This may have been her West End debut (apart from a charity appearance in 1977).

 Metropolitan Mikado -as Katisha, Countess of Grantham, at Queen Elizabeth Hall 1 - 17 August 1985 (previews from 30 July). This was the first time she was actually noticed by the West End critics.

 Angry Housewives - as Bev at Hammersmith Lyric Studio 29 April - 10 May 1986. Of the four women originally cast in the show, Ms Gold was the only one still in it when it eventually opened.

 Blood Brothers - as Mrs Johnstone, at The Newbury Watermill, 5 August - 6 September 1986

 Nunsense -as Sister Mary Amnesia (& Sister Marionette) at The Fortune Theatre 23 March 1987 (previews from 18 March).

 Ziegfeld - as Goldie- the best secretary in the world, Madam Lillian, A Telephonist, Fanny Brice and other assorted characters at London Palladium 26 April 1988, revamped 2 August 1988. Closed 1 October 1988.

 Poppy - as, Dick Whittington, at Half Moon Theatre, 28 December 1988 to 28 January 1989.

 Anything Goes - as Reno Sweeney at The Prince Edward Theatre, from Monday 2 July 1990 to Saturday 25 August 1990. Ms Gold 'took-over' the 'Ethel Merman role' from Elaine Paige.

 The Boys from Syracuse - as Adriana at Open Air Regents Park 24 July - 5 September 1991, and tour. (Previews from 22 and 23 July. Performance from: 24 to 30 July, 10 to 14 August, 21 to 23 August, 29 and 30 August, and, 4 and 5 September). Tour during Autumn 1991.

 Merrily We Roll Along -as Gussie at Leicester Haymarket 10 April - 9 May 1992 (The JAY/TER sleeve notes says it opened on the 10 April, but Theatre Record says the 14 April).

 Assassins - as Sara Jane Moore at Donmar Warehouse from 29 October 1992.

 Noel/Cole: Let’s Do It - in Memphis Tennessee, Chichester Festival, 27 July - 1 October 1994, and tour.

 Calamity Jane - as Calamity Jane at Leicester Haymarket 22 November 1994 - 28 January 1995 .

 Lady Into Fox -as Mrs Silvia Tebrick nee Fox, at Sheffield Crucible Theatre 15 to 23 March, Hammersmith Lyric Studio 28 March - 20 April 1996 and tour, including: Leicester Haymarket Studio Theatre 8-11 May, and, The Brighton Festival, between: 15th March to 25th May 1996

 Kiss Me Kate - as Lilli Vanessi/Kate at Open Air Theater Regents Park, 24 July - 1 September 1997. (Previews from 22 and 23 July 1997. Performances (scheduled): 24 to 29 July, 7 to 14 August, and 26 August to 1 September 1997).

  Side By Side By Sondheim - as "Millie" at The Chelmsford Civic Theatre, 22 - 30 October 1999.

  Mamma Mia - as Tanya at The Prince Edward Theatre, from 20th March 2000 to 16th March 2002.

 Follies - as Phyllis Rogers Stone at The Royal Festival Hall, from 6th - 31 August 2002 (previews 3 & 5 August 2002)

 The Gondoliers - as The Duchess Of Plaza Toro at The Chichester Festival Theatre, from 1 May to 23 August 2003 (previews from 26 April 2003)

 Next Door’s Baby - as Mrs O’Brien at The Orange Tree Theatre, Richmond Surrey, from Wednesday 6 February (press night Friday 8 February) to Saturday 8 March 2008.

 Oliver! – as Mrs Sowerberry (has also been playing Mrs Bedwin), at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Opens 14 January 2009 (previews from 13 December 2008 -  the previews were originally scheduled to start on the evening of 12 December, but the first two previews, the evening of 12 December and matinee on the 13 December were cancelled)
